VIC Loyalty Program

Welcome to Odetah’s exclusive Very Important Camper loyalty program. The VIC program is our way of thanking and acknowledging our most loyal guests with benefits that will delight and enhance your camping experience.  Please note that in order to recieve offers and benefits you must have a valid email address on file with us.
Become a VIC with just one stay and begin taking advantage of exclusive offers and services. The more you stay with us the greater the benefits to you and your family. VIC points are accumulated by the purchases you make at Odetah. For each $1 that you spend you earn 1 VIC point. For our non-seasonal campers we include site charges, retail purchases and food/beverage purchases to calculate your points. Please note that in order to count your retail and food/beverage purchases you must use your wristband at the time of the transaction.  Points cannot be applied without a wristband present. At the end of each season your total purchases will be converted into VIC points to determine your VIC standing for the next season. **CHANGES BEGINNING WITH 2017 POINTS- Our policy regarding points during a single stay have changed.  All spending in 2016 for VIC status for 2017 was not affected by this policy change however all VIC points for status beginning in 2018 will be affected.  There will now be a limit of points that will be counted towards any one stay.  For any single customer who has multiple reservations in their name for the same arrival and/or departure date a maximum of 2 site's fees will be calculated for VIC points.  Any additional sites (more than 2 in a single customer's name with the same arrival and/or departure date) will NOT be counted for VIC points.  This does not affect points for Retail or Food/Beverage spending during a stay with multiple sites in a single name and does not affect points for multiple reservations booked for non overlapping arrival and/or departure dates.  As noted in the VIC policies we do not allow the booking of reservations for non-VIC members and it is our goal to make sure all of our VIC members are able to have the best chance of booking their preferred sites before general reservations begin.

Wristbands will be required for all Retail and Food/Beverage VIC Points at time of purchase.  If cashier is not presented with wristband at time of purchase points CANNOT be applied to your account.

Platinum – 1500 points

• Make reservations online beginning February 1st - 10:00AM

Silver – 300 points
• Make reservations online beginning February 15th - 10:00AM
• 5% off retail, food and beverages during your stay*
Bronze - 1 point
• Make reservations online beginning March 1st - 10:00AM


*Some items are not eligible for a discount.
